We know that we can’t answer every question you may have about our service, but we can try and deal with some of the more common of them on this page.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online on our website. You can also use our handy ClassGo app, which allows for quick and easy reservation.You can email us at info@classgo.com or phone us at +39 02 947 560 38.

What informations do I need to make a booking?

What’s the best vehicle for you? Also please let us know when and where pick you up and the drop off point. We also need the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If you are booking an airport transfer, please insert your flight information.

How much time before the ride should I book?

Our booking system allows you to book a ride with at least 12 hours in advance. If you are willing to make a last minute reservation don’t hesitate to contact us.

How much time include your free cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 12 hours for transfers and 24 hours for hourly bookings.

Am I allowed to pay cash?

We do not accept cash payment.

Which credit cards do you accept?

The ClassGo app currently accepts MasterCard and Visa. If are willing to pay with American Express or Diners Club please contact our customer service.

When will you charge my credit card?

We hold a booking deposit, and then take full payment for the booking after the service has been completed.

Is Vat included?

All of our prices include Vat.

Can I book a car on an hourly basis?

Absolutely. Please choose the hourly hire on the booking panel and take your reservation.

Are road tolls included?

If there are any tolls applicable at any part of your journey, these will be included in the price. Let us take care of that.

Can I make a last minute booking?

We are happy to take on last minute bookings whenever we are able. We welcome your inquiry and we will do our best to get you a car & driver.

How long will the driver wait for me?

For a standard pick up we include 20 minutes complimentary wait time. If you do find out that there is a chance of a delay, please let us know as soon as it is possible to. For an airport pick up, we are able to wait longer, and our drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes free of charge. Do you need more time? Contact us as soon as possible.

How far in advance can I make a booking?

We are happy to help you plan your trip and we will secure your booking up to a year in advance.

Do you supply car seats for infants and young children?

We can offer two kinds of child seats depending on the weight. Simply request a child seat when you make your booking and specify the weight of the baby.

Can we smoke in your cars?

No, smoking in our cars is strictly prohibited by law.

Are there different fares for night and day?

We are proud to offer our services with no difference in price between night and day fares. All of our prices are transparent, no matter what time of day it is. We do apply any surge.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, as long as they are stored in suitable pet carriers. Please let us know when you make your booking that you intend to bring a pet, no matter how small they pet may be.

Is it possible to make changes to my booking?

Absolutely. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can amend your booking.

Can we make stops along the way?

We are happy to customize your booking in any way that you require – please email or call us to make arrangements or just simply tell the driver.

Do you offer discounts for repeat bookings?

We are always looking for ways to impress our repeat clientele – if you plan to make repeat bookings, get in touch and we will assess your case.
